Tell us about the project
Fill in the project form with your home, wishes and budget band. It takes ten minutes.

Call and site visit
We reply within two business days. If the project fits, we take a short call and survey the home with a fixed checklist.

Binding package offer
You receive a binding offer with clear assumptions — valid for 14 days. You order with a signature and 20%, which is the price of the design stage.

Design, confirmation and construction
The design stage confirms the package, the construction confirmation locks price and programme — and we build with fixed walkthroughs.
Materials we know. Makers we can call.
Permanent interior elements — kitchens, bathroom furniture, built-ins — we source as a rule from Danish manufacturers and workshops: known brands, documentation in Danish, service and spare parts nearby. And we follow the craft where it is best — tiles we gladly source from the Italian ceramic tradition.

Construction scope and product level are not the same thing. A small bathroom with moved installations can be more complex than a large one with expensive tiles and an unchanged layout. So you choose the two separately.

The current layout is largely retained. Installations are renewed where they are.
