What data we process

When you submit the project form, we process the information you provide: name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, details about your property (address, type, ownership, build year, area, etc.), your project description, budget band, desired start, and any photos or drawings you upload.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address on the basis of your consent until you unsubscribe.

This website uses no tracking cookies. Visitor statistics are collected cookie-free and anonymised (Umami, self-hosted) and cannot be attributed to you as a person.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used to assess and answer your inquiry, plan a possible site visit and prepare an offer. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) and steps taken prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b)).

If you have given separate marketing consent, we use your email for news and relevant content. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Storage and recipients

Inquiries are stored while the dialogue is active and deleted no later than 24 months after last contact, unless an agreement is made. If an agreement is made, the data is kept as part of the case documentation under Danish bookkeeping rules.

Data is processed on our hosting provider (Hostinger) within the EU/EEA and is not shared with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. Write to hej@lldenterprise.dk. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), www.datatilsynet.dk.
