LLD Enterprise is on its way — we open 1 September 2026

LLD Enterprise is being founded. The company registration is underway, and from 1 September 2026 we operate as a turnkey renovation partner in Copenhagen. Until then we are building the foundation: supplier agreements, the product catalogue, processes and the documentation we intend to be known for.

Why LLD?

We are three founders, each with our own craft and one shared conviction: a home should be a healthy, happy place where families thrive and life is lived. That conviction brought us together.

Our skills complement each other — construction management, architecture and business development — and together we point them at one goal: elevating the renovation experience for every one of our clients. Calm, transparent, and with everything in order, from the binding package offer to the documented handover.

The people behind it

Lars Iversen — Managing Director

Lars I. leads LLD’s operations, agreements and client responsibility. He brings many years of leadership experience from Danish business and is the guarantee that “one responsibility” actually means one responsibility: one contracting party that answers, decides and delivers.

Lars Pedersen — Head of Construction

Bricklayer by trade, main contractor by experience — more than 30 years on Danish construction sites. Lars P. runs the construction side: the trades, the sequence, the quality and the site. What is promised on paper is his job to deliver in reality.

Dobromir Kraychev — Head of Business Development

Architect with more than a decade of business development in the international play and fitness industry. Dobromir brings technology and process innovation into home renovation: the package model, the pricing engine and the documentation that makes a complex building project transparent.

Towards 1 September

The website and the knowledge section are already live. Over the summer we will publish more supplier portraits, guides and — as we get closer — the first projects. Want in from the start? You can already start your project and be first in line.
